  • Yes! We don’t hold onto our knowledge. Our job is made up of two elements – showing genuine care for our clients while solving their technology challenge. We aim for a solution – and we care that you can understand our solution if you want so we always explain the steps clearly. We will write down steps for solving the issue, talk you through so that you can successfully repeat the solution after we have gone.

  • No. No job is too small for Greyology. Your problem is worth our time. If you’re still unsure, give us a call and we’ll give our opinion as to how long to fix.

  • Generally, Greyology charges hourly. Travel costs may apply. Please send us an email or call us for a personalised quote.

  • Greyology has great knowledge of how to set-up devices and resolve issues and has a very high success rate. In the rare times the issue can’t be resolved by us due to say broken or faulty equipment, Greyology will be honest about it, and explain the situation and make suggestions for how to best resolve. When the issues identified are beyond Greyology’s reasonable control, payment is still required as quoted.

  • In our experience, it is very rare that you will have the problem reoccur but it is possible for various reasons including broken or faulty equipment beyond Greyology’s control. We always do our best to train you and leave detailed instructions on our first call. If a problem does reoccur please contact us and we will discuss with you on a case by case basis
