‘Share The Love’ Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility The "Share the Love" referral program is open to all existing customers ("Referrers") of Read, Edin Connor Price trading as Greyology.
2. Referral Reward A Referrer will earn a $20 discount for each new customer ("Referred") that successfully books and completes a service with Greyology and mentions the Referrer's name at the time of booking. This reward is cumulative, allowing the Referrer to accumulate rewards for each valid referral.
3. Referred Customer Reward The Referred customer will receive a $20 discount on their first service when they mention the Referrer's name at the time of booking.
4. Limitations
Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Referrer must have previously utilized our services.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
5. Notification Rewards will be credited to the Referrer's account after the Referred customer's service is completed and paid for.
6. Validity Referral discounts are valid for 12 months from the date they are applied to the Referrer's account.
7. Program Modification or Termination Greyology reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program or these terms and conditions without notice at any time, at our discretion. Any changes may affect discounts already accumulated.
8. General
Participation in the program is subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policy, and other policies as detailed on the Greyology website.
Participation in the referral program is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Any abuse of the program, failure to follow any terms of the program, membership inactivity for more than 24 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Greyology may subject members to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the program.
Program purchases, as reflected in Greyology records, shall be deemed correct and Greyology reserves the right to determine the qualification for any transaction and to correct or modify the reward at any time based on Greyology records and calculation of account information.
9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
10. Acknowledgment By participating in the "Tech Support For Seniors" referral program, participants affirm that they have read, understood, and consented to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Australian Consumer Law Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
